New appearance for Schloss Wackerbarth

Schloss Wackerbarth, a Saxony state winery, stands out as one of the iconic cultural heritages, hence as a cultural ambassador of its region. But even a strong brand that can look back on 850 years of history has to assert itself again and again to respond to the challenges of an ever faster changing market.

We were happy to help here by revising and expanding both the brand and its positioning as well as the broad product range – both conceptually and creatively. The Belvedere, a baroque building that has represented Schloss Wackerbarth from the very beginning, was established as a new trademark and placed at the centre of the redesign. In this way, a recognisable, uniform visual identity was created, which prominently sets the scene for the wine range and the brand.

In addition, we have developed a new concept wine, the “Elbterassen”, which also provides a new mouthpiece with a strong storytelling of the region and the historical place of origin of the wines.
