A New Corporate Design for JOB AG

With 6,000 employees at 68 locations, JOB AG is one of Germany’s leading employment agencies. In order to meet the demands of today’s job market, and to initiate further growth, the company was seeking to reposition itself within the marketplace. We were thus tasked with developing a new brand strategy based on an all new corporate design, including a new visual language.

Starting with a new logo, we updated the look of the umbrella brand, backed by newly developed design principles. Each sub-brand received a unique identity, too, while still fitting seamlessly within the overall umbrella brand. We were able to create a homogenous, yet differentiated brand family. The specially developed visual language clearly communicates JOB AG’s core competencies: joining together what belongs together.

The result is a visual identity that clearly reflects the sub-brands’ specializations while still offering its employees a recognizable umbrella brand to identify with.

JOB AG Personaldienstleistungen AG officially unveiled their new branding at the beginning of July 2018, including its new website,
